jI started thinking about this "project" several weeks ago but I finally got around to doing it this week. It took several days to complete (splitting up cutting fabric, sewing on the machine, sewing by hand) and it feels so sweet to have it done! My choco fuji looks great in it and I'm so excited that I made it myself because I hadn't found any covers I could buy that were up to my cuteness standards.
Sewing and crocheting are what have been taking up most of my time these days other than household chores. Time seriously flies by when I'm in the zone! I think I will be getting back on embroidery now...
It is much hotter this week and I feel somewhat lazy, but I have been keeping myself busy.
Aji has been keeping me busy too. She is having surgery tomorrow to repair her hernia and get spayed at the same time too. It is a really good thing that I took her into the vet today or we never would have known she was in so much pain! Hopefully everything goes smoothly and she returns to her normal, lovable self. She has been acting weirdly in the past few weeks and I think it's related to her hernia. Poor Aji. Please pray for a good surgery.
Also, Tare's and my first wedding anniversary is next week! It's amazing how fast time goes by and I almost can't believe we're here now. God has provided so much and taken care of us and I can't thank Him or praise Him enough.
